1. Introduction
At LeZansi, we are committed to delivering professional digital services with transparency and fairness. Because most of our services involve time, strategy, setup work, design, listing creation, advertising, and digital labour, refunds are handled differently from physical products.
By purchasing any service from LeZansi, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Services Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to all LeZansi services, including but not limited to:
- Directory listing packages
- Website design and development
- Social media setup and management
- Google Business Profile setup and optimization
- Graphic design services
- Branding and logo design
- Marketing campaigns
- Advertising services
- SEO services
- Digital Launch Packs
- Startup Visibility Bundles
- Content creation services
- Business consulting services
- Subscription-based services
3. No Physical Returns
LeZansi provides digital and service-based products only. No physical products are shipped, and therefore physical returns do not apply.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet started.
- Payment was made in error or duplicated.
- LeZansi is unable to deliver the service purchased.
- The client cancels before any work has commenced.
- There is a verified billing error.
If a refund is approved, the amount refunded may exclude transaction fees, administrative fees, gateway charges, and any work already completed.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once work has started:
- Business listings that have already been created or published
- Website design or development work already completed
- Logo design concepts already delivered
- Social media pages already created or optimized
- Graphic design work already started or completed
- SEO work already performed
- Paid advertising campaigns already launched
- Google Business Profile setup already completed
- Content writing already delivered
- Consultation sessions already held
- Subscription fees already used for the current billing period
- Any custom work completed according to the agreed brief
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, LeZansi may provide a partial refund where:
- Work has started but not yet been completed
- A project is cancelled midway through
- Only a portion of the agreed services has been delivered
Any partial refund will be calculated based on the amount of work completed, labour already invested, platform costs, third-party costs, and administrative expenses.
7. Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of a service at any time by contacting LeZansi in writing.
Cancellation requests must be sent before work begins if the client wishes to be considered for a full refund.
If work has already started, LeZansi reserves the right to charge for:
- Time already spent on the project
- Work already completed
- Administrative costs
- Third-party expenses already incurred
- Any materials, designs, content, or deliverables already created
For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
LeZansi may also cancel or suspend services where:
- A client fails to provide required information or approvals
- A client becomes unresponsive for an extended period
- A client violates agreed terms
- A client fails to make required payments
- A project becomes impossible to complete due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
Where LeZansi cancels a service before work has started, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
8. Subscription Services
For monthly or recurring services:
- Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for partially used months.
- Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
9. Client Delays and Non-Response
LeZansi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, approvals, content, access credentials, images, or feedback.
If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold. If there is no communication for 60 days or more, the project may be considered abandoned without refund.
10. Revisions and Corrections
Where applicable, LeZansi may offer revisions before considering any refund request.
Clients are encouraged to first allow reasonable opportunity for corrections, updates, or improvements to be made.
11. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must contact LeZansi in writing and provide:
- Full name
- Business name
- Invoice or order number
- Service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting information where relevant

12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.
13. Third-Party Costs
LeZansi is not responsible for refunding third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the client, including:
- Domain registrations
- Hosting fees
- Paid advertising spend
- Premium plugins or software
- Printing costs
- Stock images
- Third-party subscriptions
These costs may remain payable even if the main project is cancelled.
14. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact LeZansi directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a false or unjustified chargeback after services have been delivered may result in suspension of services, account restrictions, legal recovery action, or additional administrative costs.
15. Changes to This Policy
LeZansi may update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be published on the LeZansi website.
