This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how LeZansi (Pty) Ltd (“LeZansi”, “we”, “our”, “us”) manages requests for refunds and cancellations of our services. By using our Website and services, you agree to this policy.


1. General Policy

  • All fees for listings and digital services are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except in the cases outlined below.
  • Payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • We encourage clients to carefully review their chosen service plan before making payment.

2. Business Directory Listings

  • Once a listing (Free, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Annual) is created and activated, no refunds will be issued.
  • If a client wishes to cancel their listing, they may do so by giving written notice to LeZansi.
  • Cancellation will prevent renewal or further billing but does not entitle the client to a refund for the current term.

3. Digital Add-On Services

For services such as:

  • Business Interview Feature
  • Google My Business Setup
  • WhatsApp Business Profile Design
  • Social Media Page Setup (Facebook, Instagram)
  • One-Page Website or Landing Page Design

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The service has not yet been started, and
  • A cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment.

Once the service is in progress or completed, no refunds will be provided.


4. Future Services

For future services such as:

  • Mobile App for Browsing & Booking
  • Lead Tracking Dashboard
  • E-commerce Integration

Refunds will only apply if:

  • The service is prepaid and development has not yet commenced, and
  • A cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of payment.

No refunds will be issued once development has started.


5. Service Interruptions

  • If a technical failure on LeZansi’s part prevents a client’s listing or service from being delivered for more than 14 consecutive days, a pro-rata credit may be applied to the client’s account at our discretion.
  • This credit can be used towards future services but is not redeemable for cash refunds.

6. Termination by LeZansi

  • If a listing or service is removed due to a violation of our Terms of Use, no refund will be provided.
  • This includes cases of fraudulent, illegal, or misleading content.

8. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa.
