- By creating a listing or using our services, you confirm that you have the authority to represent the business being listed.
3. Services Provided
LeZansi provides:
- Business directory listings (Free, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Annual Fee models).
- Digital add-on services such as interviews, Google My Business setup, WhatsApp Business profile design, social media page setup, and website/landing page design.
- Future services such as mobile app integration, lead tracking dashboards, and e-commerce functionality.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating a listing.
- Ensure that all uploaded content (logos, photos, descriptions) complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.
- Not use the Website for unlawful purposes, including fraud, spamming, or spreading malicious content.
- Regularly update your business information to maintain accuracy.
5. Content Ownership
- Client Content: Businesses retain ownership of their own logos, images, and descriptions but grant LeZansi a non-exclusive license to display and promote the content.
- LeZansi Platform: The Website, its software, design, and structure are the exclusive property of LeZansi (Pty) Ltd.
- Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of Website content is prohibited.
6. Payments and Fees
- Clients must pay the applicable fees for paid listings and add-on services.
- Payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or removal of listings.
7. Cancellations and Termination
- Clients may cancel their listing by giving written notice to LeZansi. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
- LeZansi reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates these Terms or contains misleading, unlawful, or harmful content.
8. Limitation of Liability
- LeZansi does not guarantee increased sales, revenue, or customer engagement as a result of using the Website.
- We are not responsible for business disputes between listed companies and their customers.
- The Website is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
- LeZansi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Indemnity
Clients and users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeZansi (Pty) Ltd, its directors, and employees against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of the Website.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
- Submission of false, misleading, or illegal content.
10. Privacy and POPIA Compliance
Use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
